easy to use

I've used the chair to take my 86-year-old mother to the swap meet, a quilt show and the Scottish Games so far. It assembles easily, folds up compactly to fit in the back of my little hatchback. I'm tall and the handles at high enough up not to give me back problems. The wheels take to terrain changes pretty well, but I have to pay attention to bumps that stop it completely as the chair will tip. Overall it's been a great investment and opened up Mom's world again.

the wheels have a very difficult time going over door ...

the wheels have a very difficult time going over door thresholds, and low carpets and area rugs. I am looking to see if I can put on a more flat tire rather than the curved one. Not very much support for the rider.

May end up sending this crappy thing back

Made for small framed short persons only. Seat width not as wide as advertised. Breaks DO NOT WORK-DANGEROUS!!!. May end up sending this crappy thing back. Buy a better one. Only good thing is lightweight.

Light and comfortable transport chair - great value for the money

Very light and easy-to-manoeuvre, transport chair. When my daughter is immobilized due to her genetic disease (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome - Hypermobility Type) this transport chair is a perfect war for her to move around the ground floor of our two-floor condo. It also enables her to go outside and get some fresh air when she cannot walk.
