The chair works just fine for what I wanted it for

The chair works just fine for what I wanted it for. Due to my disability I can't walk much without my back hurting too much. I basically use this around the kitchen for cooking and cleaning to save wear and tear on my back. A basic chair that is good enough for what I need it for. Add a cushion to sit to makes it more comfortable. Brake release on bottom no problem since I'm tall and have long arms. Have not used this outside of the house or tried putting it into the car yet. I know that won't be the easiest, it's not as heavy as a regular big wheel chair but its not that light either. But on a relative smooth surface without major breaks in the pavement it should work fine for someone pushing a person in this. You get what you decide to spend, more features & larger wheels cost more. Determine what your needs are and go from there. If you only need a chair for some of the time not all the time then a basic one like this should work fine. Only have had this for little over a month so cannot say what long term durability will be.

Damaged in shipping

Height of chair in open position would be nice and not just the width of the seat area. Would have been a nice option for a petite 80+ yr old lady, but too tall for her to use. Damaged in shipping, will review that somewhere else I guess.
