Great replacement blades for value, price & made in USA
I had ordered some different sized blades for my 46" Troybilt mower previously from Maxpower & loved them. So I decided to get some for my 46" Craftsman as well. They are thicker than the cheap MTD ones from big box stores & way cheaper. I paid something like $11 a piece with prime for my blades & you couldn't get one blade for $22 at local stores. The have held up on both mowers well & I will be buying more in the future. God Bless

THE THNG I DID NOT LIKE WAS, IF IT SAYS 42 INCH YOU WOULD THINK THERE WOULD BE TWO BLADES IN THE PACK. THAT IS VERY MISSLEADING, ALLTHE TIME I HAVE BOUGHT THESE BLADES BEFORE THEY CAME AS A SET, WHY WOULD I NEED ONE BLADE FOR A 42 INCH CUT MOWER. SO I PAID FREIGHT 2 TIMES NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUGHT THAT. THE PRODUCT ITS SELF LOOKS AND FIT FINE, SEEMS TO BE GOOD QUALITY. THANKS, JERRY

Great made in the USA blade
Great blade, appear very strong and thick compared to last big box brand blades I brought last time around. One straight, not undulating cutting edge will make for easier sharpening, Installed easy, they are not labeled "grass side" but with the curve on the back side of the blade, if you installed upside down you can see that curve not the cutting edge is the lowest part of the blade. I have a Ryobi (basically a Craftsman) mower, cut with them once so far, good even cut with better mulching action than last set I purchased. Price is great, probably $10 less than big box store. I will buy them again.

Good Fit
I go thru a lot of blades on my tractor. These blades fit perfectly have a good cutting edge and are well balanced. The blades have good aerodynamic lift to blow all the cut material to one side a good distance. when I mow there is a lot small tree detritus, roots, as well as grass. Good lift is needed for the grass catcher as well. The positive lift allows the leaf and grass to pack into the catcher with out frequent emptying. The blades a good value for money. I bought a spare set, since the large DIY stores infrequently carry exact replacements.

Fits well. The original blad was sharpened further toward the hub than this blade was, but that may have been done by the previous owner. For the price it is cheaper to replace than to sharpen. Have only used it once so far so I can't comment on how they keep the edge or how they hold up to impacts.

Knocks it Down!
These 42 inch Lawn Mower Blades do a great job - too bad I put them on my craftsman lawnmower - the blades are much better than the craftsman - I'm sure that once the mower is out of the shop (for the 9th time this summer) - that these blades will be cutting just as good as ever!
