First one Blemished, the replacement was great!

It’s a beautiful piece but the first one I ordered came with deep scratches. It was disappointing bc I ordered it as a gift and my friend noticed it. I am not a wealthy woman and I bought this piece being a little over my budget. So for it to come blemished was disappointing. One good thing about ordering this item it comes speedily and in time promised. The replacement one was great, no scratches no blemishes.. now everyone is happy ???? ????

Beautiful and functional

I purchased this as a housewarming gift for someone. I have also bought this several times as birthday gifts and hostess gifts. I own this piece myself and it looks good displayed as well as useful as a serving piece keeping rolls hot or appetizers. I think it is reasonably priced and arrives quickly. I also love the meaningful phrase inscribed. Very happy with this purchase.

Otherwise happy with the product and would definitely buy from this ...

I used this bread tray with a large linen hem-stitched napkin to serve biscuits at Thanksgiving. Received quickly - and if it had been used previously it certainly didn't show. I was very pleasantly surprised at the pristine condition of the tray. I washed it (by hand) thoroughly and found that the original Armitale sticker was so stuck on it was extremely difficult to remove. It has left a sticker mark on the bottom - which I do not like….hence the reason for 4 stars vs 5. It's not the sellers fault - it's the glue they use on the stickers at the factory, and perhaps how long the sticker has been on it. I guess no one will notice unless someone decides to turn it over and look. Otherwise happy with the product and would definitely buy from this seller again.

Great product—-dangerous packing material

The product was beautiful and perfectly described but it was packaged with these tiny glass like beads that went everywhere when I opened the shipping padded mailer. They flew everywhere...in my dogs water dish all over the kitchen floor and into my sink where I didn’t realize until I hit the garbage disposal! Such odd things inside this package! Be so careful opening this and clear these things away before giving as a gift!!!! I give the item 5 stars and the packaging negative 10!!!!
