Awesome light!

I bought this to use with a timer and grow light. The clip is very strong. I have it on top of my plant stand. Stays cool and is good quality. Much nicer than anything I could find locally.

Excellent clamp, held on for months

This is a pretty basic light mount, but is very versatile. It is well made, and the neck does hold the desired angle/flex. The clamp is quite strong and will hold the weight of the neck & bulb without issue. If I would change anything, I would prefer the clamp be made of metal, so it would last longer, but this is plenty durable. For the price, highly recommend.

Great for my plants!

I needed 1 to hang over my hairy, blue cactus & this cheap lamp fit the bill. It holds the 15W heavy bulb well.

Clips on strong

What can I say, it clips on things sturdily and has an "elastic" type neck that allows the light to be pointed in practically any direction. I can't speak for the durability of the neck material because I don't adjust it much but it seems thick and durable.

The Real Deal

First, it's metal in a flat black satin finish. Perfect. Second, the flexible neck works great and is not flimsy. It's pretty much omni-directional just as they say in their post at Amazon. Third, the specs say use a max of 40 W which is fine even in my computer cabinet because it reflects very nicely off the white interior of the shade. Finally, there is no app, no signon, no reporting to headquarters, no talking to smart appliances, no listening, no updates, no subscription, no casting, no auto renewal, no accessories, no remote, no reminders, no date/time, no AI, no two-factor authentication, no ports, no IP address, no MAC number, no MESH and no default mode. Ah, just a sturdy lamp. Imagine that. Brilliant.

OK for the money

The clamp doesn't always hold the lamp. It slips and the flexible neck doesn't stay put...the lamp head pulls it down so I have to constantly readjust it. But it does work. I use a smart bulb in it which is convenient for use in my bedroom.

Gooseneck is pretty weak

So basically it keep the head only in one position which is shown on the picture. Any other mounting is not possible because gooseneck is weak and can't hold the head.
