Works great

I got this one because it had 8 settings! And I do use most of them, except the pretty fountain sprinkler which I think is for kids and dogs. There are options to create a narrow stream to target dry spots. Light enough to pick up and use as a spray hose so you can walk around with it. The base is metal and the paint hasn't chipped yet. The options you just turn the dial like a showerhead. I got sky blue to see it in the grass while mowing.

Kind of cool, kind of a little lame.

It is just the color I hoped, it matches some of the accents in my yard like I wanted. I must say, it is kind of a little lame. It might be just what someone needs for watering plants....but It's not really fulfilling my dreams. I guess I imagined at least one misty setting, I could pull up a chair and cool down next to. There are a couple I like, but ultimately most are duds....very low to the ground and very jarring to change. Some sprays are not enough, some are out of control like a Springer guest trying to ruin my chairs. I want to say it might be good for kids, if you have a decent sized yard? but I'm not sure if it is very sturdy for that? I also have a very tiny cement backyard, so my space is limited.....I don't like the unpredictable distance this thing has, I'm not trying to get my grill or my phone all wet while I'm trying to cool down.

Sprinkler has a variety of settings for your lawn.

This sprinkler has multiple setting that can be used for different areas you want to put water on. It certainly can save water by not shooting water in areas you don't want to get wet.

Unreliable spray pattern

I had a sprinkler like this that I bought at a local big box store and I used it all the time on the long narrow spray pattern. It was great for watering the plants along the edge of my driveway. It could spray 20 to 30 feet long and just five or 6 feet wide. Perfect! But this one’s not that way at all the long straight straight spray pattern isn’t long, and it’s way too wide, and sprays randomly this way and that. (!?!) Clearly this is a product were, either this was a one-off defect, or buying a better “name brand” might yield a better result.

Not for Small Areas

I needed a sprinkler for small areas that my irrigation system does not get to. I thought the different patterns would help with that. However, the patterns do not work well with the water at a low flow rate/pressure. For larger areas I think it would work well, but I don't need that.

Best Sprinklers for my needs

I now have 4 of these Sprinklers. With all the different selections I find the perfect setting for the area I want to water. I will be giving away the rest of my Sprinklers.

Can direct so easily

There isn't anything I don't love about this lawn sprinkler! I didn't get soaked every time I changed the setting. Sprays far and love the option for different settings!! Haven't tried all of them yet but will this evening.
