I'm very glad I ordered it.

Despite the high price and only 3 reviews, plus the fact that I'd never heard of Speakman before, I decided to take a chance on this dual shower head combo. And so far, after half a dozen showers with it, I'm very glad I did. There are other brands that offer you both a fixed head and a handheld one, but most of them have the handheld bracket attached to the main pipe, often higher than the main head. I wanted one with a separate bracket that I could place wherever was more comfortable for me to reach on the shower wall. This model offered that feature, so it got my business. Both heads have adjustable patterns, ranging from forceful and centered to gentle and diverse. The sliding mechanisms work smoothly. The hose is flexible and doesn't tangle up as I move it around. And I find it very easy to switch the water from one head to another. No, you can't have water flowing through both heads, but that doesn't matter to me. It's a pleasure to use, and I'm enjoying showering so much more with it! If the product begins to leak or otherwise fails in the next year or so, I'll come back here and report that. FOLLOW-UP: November 29, 2016 I'm back more than 2 years after I bought and originally reviewed this product. It's still working fine for me and I'm very glad that I took a chance on it in 2014. My handset does not fly off or fall out of its holder. It's still easy to take out and put back, without incident. The sliding mechanism that switches from one head to the other still works smoothly. I would buy this again if my current set ever failed. To date, it has been-and still is-a pleasure to use.

Speakman is the best shower head

Gave it less than 5 stars for one reason. My initial order was for brushed nickel, however, when it came the 60” hose was chrome not brushed nickel. Called Customer Service and they sent me another set. Same outcome, 60” hose in new set also chrome not brushed nickel. Forgot about another try and ordered a standalone brushed nickel hose and installed it. Looks great, wonderful shower with lot’s of water (like it that way) and responded to Amazon Customer Service that they owe me a 60” brushed nickel hose. No response!

No arm and flange

Product is fine and as expected but the photo makes it look like the arm and flange are part of the sale. After I received the parts I found that I had not read the specific information that said they were not included. Easy to find but I feel a bit deceived by the illustrations. Lesson to myself; never forget to read the specs and included parts and don't order at night when under the influence.

Good shower head for the $

I work in the construction industry and this a decent basic shower system at a very fair price. It's no big name brand and the longevity may be an issue (time will tell), however, for the money it's a good unit.

Shower Combo

The shower head and hand held work very well. It was a little difficult finding brass. The directions were not great - but the installation is fairly intuitive.
