I am a dog trainer and use this leash for client dogs every day
This is a very good quality long line. I have shared the Amazon link for it with all of my clients because they all love it as much as I do. The person who said their stitches busted…I cannot imagine what on earth kind of abuse they did to it for that to happen. This thing is strong enough to lunge horses. I have wrestled Rottweilers, Bulldogs, Huskies, and all manner of dogs for three years with my long leash and it’s still in perfect condition. The snap is strong and the stitches have never frayed. I have two of these. One stays at the kennel for working dogs there, the other is always in my car for when I make house calls.

Very good leash
This is a very good quality leash. Nice, sleek, elegant and light. It is easy to handle. I can use it during regular walks downtown because it is easy to keep short as well.

Great for the beach
Not a fan of biothane lines in general, but these are a nice length at 16' - not too bulky for on-leash beach walks. Gives dogs a little more freedom, but easy to reel in.

So happy to not have to use old nylon leash anymore. Also 4ft length so much better for moms.
This leash is so much nicer than the nylon one we've been using for years. Yes, a leash is a very small thing and I could have continued living with the old one indefinitely as there was nothing "wrong" with it. Nonetheless, this little inexpensive thing is something that brings me considerable joy on a daily basis. I find myself thinking about how happy I am not to have to use that other leash. It sounds so silly writing it down but it's true. I think I'll just throw the other one away. Even my older kids are more enthusiastic about walking the dog now that we have this new leash. Also, I love the 4ft length so much. Our old leash was 6ft which I thought was better so the dog can sniff etc. However, I am a mom of a toddler and the dog needs to be close and not pull.. This makes it easier to control her and makes our walks so much more enjoyable for all of us. She's a pretty docile 60lb greyhound so controlling her is not too difficult but still she's a hound and not the most tractable. My 1 year old also loves being a big girl and holding the leash and this one is much easier for her to grasp than the 6ft nylon one. If you're a mom with a young child and are managing a stroller and a dog you absolutely need the 4 ft leash!!

Line is great, but keep out of the heat
Love this line, it works well and I'm not worried about my 90lb reactive doberman breaking it at all. BUT, and maybe I'm the idiot, do not leave this in your car if its above 90ºF. The line started melting!! it got all over the bag I had it in, the toys in that bag, and my hands. The line is now just sticky and I get the rubberized residue all over my hands. Which is not a huge deal except that I worry when I feed my dogs treats their licking it off my hands.

Fairly soft for thick leather. Not as flimsy as some leather leashes. My girlfriend loves it!

Suitability an issue
I purchased this line for attachment to a tracking harness for a 50kg plus GSD. I was disappointed by the width ( although in fairness it is stated on the advert) and the attachment clip was small for the harness, which made taking it on and off tricky with my enthusiastic dog. I needed the line sooner rather than later but I will be looking for a replacement. Having said that it hasn't broken ...yet

Best dog lead ever,....
Quality of product is just first class. I have a number of leads, and have had many leads in the past, this is by far and away the best lead I have ever used. It’s a wee tad expensive, but well worth it.

Make sure you get the width you want.
Well made lead! But I ended up returning it only because of the width. This width is for a toy sized dog or cat.....not my 70lb Sheppard.

Me encanta esta correa. Hecha con un material súper resistente, me ha dado oportunidad de entrenar a mi cachorro para tener caminatas que sean agradables para los dos. Es ligera y el material Biothane no absorbe nada! Esto la hace perfecta para cuando está mojado el piso por las lluvias. La resistencia se mostró cuando un pastor australiano la agarró de juguete para jalármela. Ni se notó en donde la mordió! Si buscas una correa larga para tu perrito esta es la mejor qué hay!

Should have bought this years ago
This is proving to be very strong even in the narrowest width. Such a nice change from cotton/nylon long lines, this can be cleaned easily and doesn’t get heavy and waterlogged when in use. In cold weather the biothane gets extremely cold (bone chilling) so gloves are a must. It also gets rigid and feels brittle, but there have been no cracks in the material. Pleased with this product and wish I’d known about them years ago.
