Cheaper than local hardware store

I went to buy one of these at my local hardware store but they were out. On here it was the same tool (different maker) and was $10 less. It worked perfectly and happy to put it in my tool collection.

Way too difficult to work with 1” clamp

I bought this tool because of good review; however after few uses I noticed it is way too hard to use for 1” clamp by hand. I can use my body or concrete floor to help squeeze the handle, but in some cases you just have to use both hands to squeeze the handles, but way too difficult. Too bad I can’t return it because it past my return windows fir few days. Look fir one-hand operate version from other brand to make your life easier. [update on 6-25-2021] After trying one two-hand tool from a different brand and one one-hand tool I feel like I need to update my previous comment to be fair. In comparison, this two-hand tool is slightly easier to use for the 1” clamp. The one-hand tool gives advantages to clamp by using one hand to squeeze and the other hand to hold the clamp in place, which is important in my opinion. However, due to shorter handle length, the one-hand tool is also difficult to work on the 1” clamp at the last few squeeze to get the job done. All tools seem to have limitations to work with the 1” clamp I my experience.

Works great! Easy to use!

Worked well! Super easy to use. No leaks. The tool wont release until it’s properly crimped. Just make sure you double check the gap of the tool using the provided gauge prior to use. Closing the handle takes a bit of strength, but I think it’s very doable for lost people. After doing about ten of them in a row though, your arm/hands may be a bit tired.

Foolproof

PEX was new to me. I'm thankful I bought the SharkBite. It grabs on and won't release until it's completely sealed. Foolproof! It holds at each squeeze, which was great with older, weaker hands. I'm very pleased with this tool. All of the plumbing was done on the first try. Highly recommended!

Pretty good lil crimper

It was used the description said slight blemishes but honestly I can’t find them tool works as it should and I saved $25. I have used it on 1/2” and 3/4” pex without any issue. There is a new version out that has a ring cutter i can see how that could be useful if I had it to do all over again I’d buy the one with a cutter especially where I do mostly remodels it would same on carrying another tool around

Get the other one with the starter handle.

There is another one with a small third handle. It is used to start the crimping process. GET THAT ONE.
