Very nice

Does not expand particularly far. So it is small. Up side: fits oh so nicely in a pocket of your golf bag. So no one can see you are carrying one. And seriously, how far does anyone really want to lean over the water with a retriever anyway? After all, no one wants to look like they are greedy, right?

Love the fact that it is so compact and fits in my golf bag. And, I get to retrieve those balls that decided to go swimming. :-)

Great tool

I've had other retrievers but this is the best one. Functional and light. I fear that it might not be as sturdy as some but it has held up so far and the performance is far better.

A bit short, but works great!

This is an excellent compromise compared to the longer, bulkier retrievers. The spring-loaded grabber works very well, and the shorter length (about 6 feet) was normally adequate in all but a few cases. A good product that'll pay for itself in a very short time.

its portable and fits in side of golf bag. Can pick up golf ball easy.

Overly engineered.

Liked the size and telescoping pole but the idea for the actual trapping of the ball is too dependent on ideal conditions that require the ball to role forward and trigger the 'trap' and is seldom effective in securing the ball or holding it with any certainty. I'm keeping it because it is a well made but tempermental idea and I am now looking to replace the 'grabber' with something more practical.
