Works well, no problems.

The reef hook works well enough, but it could be improved a bit by the manufacturer taking a few seconds per item to inspect it. Both ends of the included rope weren't burned and the unburned side was already fraying when it arrived. Easy enough to resolve myself, of course. Just an FYI: There is no included pocket or pouch (which I knew about when ordered) so pockets on your BCD or exposure suit to store it would be advised due to the fairly sharp point. My BCD doesn't have pockets so I just wrapped the line up around the hook then used a bit of bungee to keep it from coming unwrapped.I found the length of the rope to be fine, and it allowed me to hook in to some rocks to watch sharks in the current a few times with no issues.
