This helped me check why my oven wasn’t baking correctly

I couldn’t understand why my cakes were crummy!!! …bad crummy! I chose this thermometer to measure the temperature in my oven...My anger was hotter than my oven! So I was glad I chose this gauge. ... it wasn’t me screwing up the cakes, it was my oven !!! The temperature was way off… I adjusted the oven’s gauge, baked a cake and my experience lived a “happily ever after” …baking is fun again! I’m so glad I have this oven thermometer! It’s the perfect tool to have in my arsenal of important kitchen equipment when exact temperatures are pertinent for baking!

Convenient, easy to hang

I wasn’t sure about my oven temperature so I bought this item. I immediately hung it in my oven and turned it on. Thankfully, my oven thermometer was correct, but I will continue to monitor with this portable thermometer.

Great Little Gadget

Had one of these for years but it finally quit working so I replaced it with one from Amazon. I use mine when I am pre-heating the oven before I placed my food to cook. It is accurate and easy to read. You need one of these when cooking or baking because some ovens are off in their calibration.

Accurate

Falls over all the time, but very accurate. Not so easy to read, but in time I will be able to figure it out. Just wish it was heavier - unable to hang it so I can read it.

A must have for ovens.. though slightly expensive.

This is a very essential tool for checking how much is the actual temperature inside the oven. I went for this as the markings for the knobs had faded and the temperature actually need to be interpolated. With this, I can set the temperature during the pre-heat period and adjust accordingly, even during the main baking period. Pros: 1. Very accurate & helpful 2. Easy to read 3. Temperature is given in F & C 4. Can be hung or can stand Cons: 1. Expensive I have listed only 1 item in cons section & that's why I've given it 4/5. Price on the packing says Rs.3400. I bought it for Rs.2154. It is an investment which should last for a long time. If you're looking for an oven thermometer, look no further. Go for this.

Very good purchase

A very important product if you want to understand your oven better...The numbers on the dial are bit small, but with oven light I can figure it out very easily..Works super fine. The delivery was also superb & hassle free..Reached way before time, just when I needed it.
