I chose these beads because of the color and length (which is difficult to find). When they arrived, they were exactly as they appeared on the website. I didn't realize this would be so large. It is a Mardi Gras style necklace. I didn't pay attention to the size when I ordered it. I use it as a decorative item, but would never wear it as a necklace.
