Perfect for what we needed

We installed a cubby at our back door for storage purposes and this is was the perfect handle to use that we were able to recess into the surface of the lid so that we can still sit and place things on the horizontal surface. Easy to grasp and pull the lid up. A little bit difficult to install, required more work and technique than anticipated but resulted in a clean appearance with no visible screws. An included cut out/template would be nice to ease installation!

Perfect for my application

I am re-doing all of my kitchen cabinets, drawers, and doors. They were old and dingy from the 1980's, but the construction was solid, 3/4" oak. So I removed all the doors and drawer faces, sanded down the cabinet frames, doors, and drawers and painted with primer and PPG Breakthrough. I painted all of the hinges oil-rubbed bronze (Rust-Oleum), and purchased drawer pulls and door knobs here (nothing ever had pulls). It has come out gorgeous. HOWEVER, the new drawer pulls stick out about 1.25" from the face, and I have one drawer in a cabinet that would block another drawer. So this flush-mount is similar in design to the other pulls and the same color. I routed out the drawer face, dropped this in and screwed it in from behind. Perfect.
