All of the reviews complain about the backing being difficult to remove. First off let me tell you I didn't even read the directions. This is how I use it and it is perfect. The only reason I dropped a star is because the backing is difficult to peel off unless you score it first. I remove the blueish easy to remove backing. Place my fabric down right side up on the sticky side. Do a quick heat bonding. (Also be sure to protect your iron just in case it hits the sticky side. I just use a piece of parchment paper). Then draw and cut out your shape. To remove the backing easily take a pin or needle and make a score from the center off the edge of your design. Backing comes off easy and you can heat the design to your project. HOpe that all make sense and works for others. I still do prefer the other brand but this works just fine too.

Easy to use for appliqués.

I love this for making appliqués. So easy to work with. Great for beginners. I also use it with my Cricut maker. I stick it to the fabric I am cutting so I don’t have to cut out the shapes later. It works great.

this is great for creating collage quilts

this is great for creating collage quilts, that have many small pieces that are layed on top of each other. it is not too sticky so you can move the pieces around untill they are just right then all you have to do is iron to make it permament.

Très bien si vous n' êtes pas pressé...le délai de livraison est trop long... il colle davantage que le steam -a seam, Parfait si vous ne voulez pas quilter! Sinon, encrassement de l'aiguille...
