Good advice on how to prepare for a shooting class

I purchased this because I always like to be prepared for classes and have my students prepared for class. I have purchased Panteao videos before and this one was pretty good. I liked the "in your face" suggestions by Pat Rogers. He made perfect sense. I was hoping he would touch on some of the required gear but he did an overview. Then he handed it off to Martina Hutchinson, who I thought was a Personal Trainer of some kind. She went over some techniques that benefit students during range time. I would have liked to have seen a few more exercises done with a shooter in full gear. There was only a few and then she demonstrated them. The thing that kept me from giving this 5 stars was it would have been nice to have a work out listed at the end of the video. There was not. You had to watch it a couple times to get the exercises. Despite that I feel that this is a worthwhile video for those attending not only EAGs shooting schools but other schools as well. Too many students come to courses WAY out of shape and do not get their monies worth out of the training. Other students make fools of themselves with the clothing and equipment they wear to the course. Please don't be THAT GUY/GIRL, buy the video and get the most out of your training.
