Edge could be bevelled, but works great otherwise, very heat-resistant

I love it when a pizza is served at the dinner table, it gives me that long-lost "Frank Vetere's Deep Dish Pizza Restaurant" vibe (kids, ask your parents)... as well as pretty much any restaurant that serves pizza. Regardless, it's best when you have a surface that's pizza-appropriate and this one definitely is. Made of a durable fiber-base, it's easy to handle and flat as it gets, making it easy to cut with a knife or pizza cutter. The surface is apparently scratch and cut-resistant and after a couple of pizzas, we haven't seen any marks or grooves. Now, one family member did accidentally cook their pizza ON the paddleboard (which is rated for up to 350F) and it actually worked (warning, do not do this, it's not what it's designed for). It turned out great, with a crusty bottom and if it weren't for the fact that I told them that that's not what this board is for, they would likely continue to cook pizzas on it. Anyway, funny anecdote but it does show that it's very heat-resistant. Recommended.

Not wood finish.

Have not washed this yet so not sure how well it goes. Used for freezer pizza and worked good.

Perfect in all ways

The pizza paddle board is very smooth and shiny. The handle makes it serve pizza around the table and carry it from kitchen pretty seamless. The crust debris can be simply wiped off after eating. It’s lightweight and thick.

Very satisfactory

This item is AMAZING . I use it to slide homemade pizza into my Kamado Joe, directly onto pizza stones. To avoid problems with warping and cracking, I suggest just using corn meal or some corn starch to provide a nonstick surface. By the way never use water to clean the peel: just brush it off and put it away. I suppose that grease or cheese from a pizza might call for using water to clean the board, but I would avoid using water at all.
