O-Ring Issue

When installing this replacement item for an older identical one, the O-ring deformed and would leak. It seemed too large. I replaced with a slightly smaller one [size #64] and then the installation went fine.

It is nice cheaper option in place of the all brass version

Fits like the original all brass version at half the price. It likely won't last as long as all brass, so it is yet to be seen how well the value to cost pans out compared to all brass. Flow rate seems to be a bit less on wide open but that might just be my perception.

Good Valve

This is the better valve because of he brass connector instead of plastic. However it is easy to order the wrong size as it is not shown on the website. So check the part number to insure you get the correct size.

Easier than full valve replacement, but doesn't seem to last as long

Workable alternative to replacing the entire valve assembly. It does not seem to last as long as a totally new valve, though you can buy replacement diaphragms. Leaking eventually becomes an issue.

Arrived timely.

The converter has only been in operation since October, 2019. So far so good. I am reluctant to give 5 stars at the juncture. It was easy to install and the price was attractive. Stay tuned.
