Sizing way off

Ordered my normal size 11's. Way too small. Returned for 12's and they are even snug, so order a size up.

Good deal

This is my 3rd or 4th pair. I wear these a lot throughout the year and I abuse them quite often but they seem to last me a about a year or a year and a half. I used to buy these at a chain sporting goods store but they were always limited in colors and sizes. They were same price if not better on Amazon and had a better selection.

Runs small

Usually wear a 9.5 so ordered a size 10. It was too small and tight. Re-orderd in a size 11 and it fit. The size 11 measured against a previous size 10 was the same.

I've had multiple pairs similar to this, but this is the first time for this brand. I usually wear a men's 10, but these were too small. Luckily, they fit another family member. I may order a larger size if they're available. The quality does seem good.

Ok so far but heel strap tore off 2nd use.

The sandals are decent enough for the price, though longevity is a question mark. Bought for a walking group tour. Will update at the end of the trip. Cheap enough to toss if not worth the next walking tour.

So far, very nice quality shoe

I bought these basically just to see if I would like the concept. I love sandals, but they are usually a pain to put on/take off and no toe protection. After almost 3 weeks, I haven’t worn anything else. They are comfortable, go off and on real easy, and have worked great in all applications I need. I can hike in them with confidence that I’m not going to loose them in the mud or stub my toe. The tread is pretty good too, for a sandal. They look good for any other use, and your feet keep cool/smell better. I doubt I will use them much when the cooler months come, but until then, they are all I want.

Contrary to other reviews, NOT stiff at all. If you want flexible they're for you.

They're just not stiff at all. If I can take them out of the box and bend them with no effort from my arthiritic hands, then they're not rigid. The only reason I got them was because other reviews were crying that they were too stiff. They're not. If anyone has a recommendation on sandals that actually have rigid soles that don't bend easily, let me know. I guess we have different definitions of stiff and flexible. Stiff means it doesn't bend when you touch it with your little finger. I don't know how people claim they're not flexible. They're a size too small anyway. Another return coming.

Had Potential But Design Flaw Made It Unwearable

I was very excited to get these for outdoor hikes with my dog. These were the first pair of outdoor closed-toe sandals I ever owned. However, after a day of use walking my dog (on paved roads) and visiting the dog park, my left heel began to hurt really badly. I normally wear 10.5 size shoes but I read the reviews to go down on size so I got the size 10s. They fit perfectly and look really good on my feet. It's very breathable and the cushioning is very, very comfortable. I like the strap laces that make the sandals easy to slip on. The color choices are also low key and good. The thing that made these sandals unwearable is the heel part of the cushion. If you look at the product pictures, you'll notice the construction of the sandal leaves a gap between the cushion and the angled heel wall at the back of the sandals. Since the cushion is soft (which is what makes these so comfortable), and the heel wall at the back is made with a harder material the cushioning goes lower than the heel wall and so with each step I take in these, the ridge of the heel wall cuts into my heel, blistering my heel. I can see how some wearers with different size feet (these do not come in 1/2 size increments) may have different experiences because their feet may not go all the back to the wall or may rest more comfortably. Since my left heel rests right on the gap between, my heel gets unbearably cut by the back heel of the sandal. So bottom line: with Amazon's free returns, these are worth a try as they're a great value. The materials used are great and supple, yet waterproof. The craftsmanship is mediocre (don't expect too much from these inexpensive Made in China goods) and you get what you pay for, otherwise I'm sure you'd be looking at $80-100 Tevas/Keens. I can testify to the craftsmanship because I tried to make adjustments to the cushioning by peeling it up and inserting cotton pads. It didn't take much force to peel up the cushion pad and I saw that the cushion and sole are held together with a small bit of glue. If you want to set your sweaty feet free this summer, these are definitely worth a try. And if you're planning on using these for nature hikes on unpaved roads, don't. I tried these at the dog park where there are many sandy and pebbly areas and I had a hard time removing the debris (which there were lots of), despite there being many ventilation holes for debris to slide out.

Great Value for the price

The quality of this sandal is very good as expected. Its great value for the cost. However although the fit is OK I expected the sandal to offer a bit more room and so for my feet it fits on the smaller side. I would have given this shoe a 5 star had the fit been a bit wider/larger. Perhaps the manufacturer should consider marketing them with various width categories i.e. "M" or "W" etc

Fit a little tight at first so didn't use for a while but after a couple days they loosened up & I wore them for the summer season. Not "Keen" comfortable but still worth the purchase for the price.

Nice sandals - I think they fit just a bit small

As a fairly big guy with rather small feet, I ordered my standard size 9, and they are just a bit tight. I think they will almost certainly stretch to my feet, so no major complaint. These are without doubt a fine quality shoe. They are quite comfortable in spite of being a bit tight. Recommended, but you might just want to go one size up.
