One Jug or 2? Update!

I also received only 1 jug rather than the 2 in the picture. If you look at the description - it is a little vague on if there is 1 or 2, but clearly there are 2 in the picture...so kindly send 2 jugs or update your description! Otherwise, the order was well packed and looks like a great quality product...just want the whole order please. Update! While I did not get any reply to my email asking if there should be 1 jug or two - I did receive the missing jug in the mail a couple of days after submitting a customer service request. So while communication could be better - I'd still call that good customer service.
