Great buy

Serves its purpose to muddle fruit

Fine product, just a bit small and didn't work well with Chia seeds

My main reason for getting one of these is because I want to be able to grind Chia seeds to use as an egg substitute (1 TBS ground seeds + 3 TBS water and let sit for a few mintues = 1 egg). In the attached photo is 2 TBS of seeds, which worked ok, but 1 TBS at a time would be better. I never was able to get it down to a powder, but I'm not sure if it was my technique or what. The product seems to work fine. I think I just need to find a new way to grind small seeds. It is also a bit small, but would work fine for small batches. I just didn't want it taking up a lot of space.

This is a great product

My husband & I have been searching for a good mortal & pestle that won’t rust & cleans easily. I came across this & I thought I give this a try. It crushes my toddlers’ vitamins into really fine powder texture so we can put it in their cereal. We also put it in the dishwasher (top rack) and it comes out clean as a whistle. My husband loves it & it is very convenient. I also received it on time & in excellent condition. 5 out of 5 stars!
