Good Machine for the Price...But...
Love the retro look of the machine, but my flashing blue lights when you turn on the switch haven't worked since I got it. I should return it so that I can have the full effect with working lights but I don't want to deal with return shipping. Also, you have to turn off the machine just before your desired shot is poured because it will just keep pumping water and dilute your coffee. The machine hasn't gone past 8 bars as of yet. Steamer works great, but it does shoot a stream of water out for a few seconds before it starts steaming. Contrary to other reviews, I don't think it is obnoxiously loud or bulky. And it's actually much nicer looking in person than the photos. It's an alright starter machine, but I'm sure I'll upgrade eventually. Can't complain for the price... there's a reason quality/professional machines are upwards of $1000.

I love it
The media could not be loaded. It's very good and only takes ground coffee. The only downsides is it's plastic on top but it looks very cute regardless, and it only makes 1 cup at a time. I usually take 2 shots of espresso so I have to reload and repeat. But very good quality, and coffee.

Beautiful machine!
It’s a beautiful machine. It’s a little bit noisy and when you first open the steam valve you get a lot of water. About 1/4 cup. Other than that, perfect.

Really cute and easy to use! But the shots…
The design is so cute and it’s very easy to use so it’s a good one to have if you’re looking for a beginner machine. The only thing that bothers me are the espresso shots. The machine doesn’t cut off when it’s extracted a nice shot and actually continues to run water through so it ends up getting diluted. It’s not a horrible problem to have, I usually just stop it at 20-24 seconds but keep it in mind.

Amazing addition to our counter
It took me a full day of figuring out how to use it because I realized I forgot to remove the rubber piece that was between the water tank and the waterspout that pulled the water into the machine ???????? once I removed that it has been working perfectly for us and I'm so happy to have this machine!!!! It's amazing and I'm never going back to a Kuerig

Boooo - wish I had bought a different one
The steam wand is neat, but the espresso that comes out of the machine is NOT great - even with using different beans. The water pressure does not get high enough on the machine to make true espresso - you just end up with lightly brewed coffee. Also, the machine is VERY loud, so you will disturb anyone in your home, and possibly neighbors too, if you want a morning espresso and you are an early riser. It is cute, but functionally a waste of money. I originally was attracted to this to not use pods and reduce waste, but I'll have to find a different brand.

Bang for you Buck
First of all, I love the name and will support any Balkan-American product. Second, this thing is such a good product for how cheap the price is. Unless you are opening a professional coffee stand and just want it at home or work, this is the best moneys worth to quality ratio machine you can find. Would recommend to a friend. Ljubi te Keno

Terrible Product
The machine only worked 3 times. After that any time it turns on it starts to leak water from all over and the pressure does not turn on.

Plastic
It looks very lovely but is unfortunately constructed of light flimsy plastic. I was so disappointed with it. I didn’t ever use it so I can’t comment on the function but it’s just such a shame that it’s plastic. Please made this from metal ! I would love to buy it but plastic for this price is very unappealing

Save your money and buy something else.
Espresso machine is cute. Cheaply made and didn’t make good espresso. Definitely not worth $300. Also it just runs through all the water you put in the tank so you have to just guess how much water is in a shot or two. I was really looking forward to getting it as I’ve been wanting it for a while but I was really disappointed. I just sent it back the other day and am waiting on my refund.

My girlfriend made us buy this stupid machine for our first place togther, I thought it was a bit up there in price personally, but she loves it, like proper loves it you know? Anywhoo she makes me amzing coffee every morning since (its been 4 days). The machine has a sexy lil look to it so yh id recomend it. crack on shagga!

Not worth the expense
