Just ok

There are a lot of promises on the box and they do deliver most of them, albeit slowly. The serum isn't runny and you barely need a pump for both eyes. I pump some on the ring finger and tap it onto my under eye and leave it to do it's work. I normally brush my teeth and do my hair while its absorbing into my skin. It does take away any redness and some puffiness but it's not all cleared up. It also leaves my under eyes really shiny and my concealer doesn't sit well on top of it. Overall just ok

Not right for me...

I don't know if it's just my skin but I "felt" it after applying it to my under eye area. Like I felt it sitting on top of my skin. Maybe that's how its supposed to feel but it was too heavy for my liking. Sadly, I can't say that I noticed any results, instant or otherwise. Tho...if it had, i might consider tolerating the way it feels on my skin.

Haven't seen much change at all in 5 weeks

I have darker circles under my eyes just by nature. So I know there's not much that can be done for that. Some days it's worse than others. But puffiness is something I'm not as used to and I seem to be getting that more lately. I have been using this eye cream every single night, on my left eye only, for ~5 weeks now. I've been only using it on one eye so I can compare any changes or differences with the other. A couple of things that bother me are 1) the packaging. I have zero clue how much product is left. And 2) when I try to dispense a small amount very lightly, sometimes a lot comes out. But the bigger issue is that I don't see any difference with my left eye compared to my right. At this point, I should see something right? It feels like it's just providing some level of moisture, but nothing more. It has not diminished my dark circles on the days when they are "darker" or puffiness. I'm not sure if I need to use this for much longer, but I usually expect to see some change a little sooner than 5 weeks. I'll keep using it until I run out and if anything changes, I'll report back.

GREAT FOR LINE SMOOTHING, NOT FOR REDUCING PUFFINESS & ONLY MILDLY EFFECTIVE ON DARK CIRCLES

TEMPER YOUR EXPECTATIONS... This brand is new to me, but I'm impressed with half of its claims. The top ingredients, including collagen, actually do a very good job of smoothing undereye skin and plumping up wrinkles to make them "disappear". The effect was spot-on and surprised me by actually fulfilling this one claim that most eye serums/treatments/creams never do. There's a lovely smooth, brightening and light reflective finish that seems to magically erase wrinkles. As advertised, it happens within minutes after gently patting the runny, clear serum under and around the eye area. NO SCENT OR IRRITATION, which is especially good for me. One thing to note: The pump is a bit temperamental. The first pump was fine. Subsequent pumps may take several attempts to see any product. Hope this doesn't mean that the pump is defective or that mine is a return or almost empty! The only fail was the promise of reducing puffiness around the eyes. This claim is a major mistake by the majority of eye products. Puffiness from too much salt intake, water retention, inflammation from allergic reaction or other natural causes is not treated by a serum like this. Cold or warm compresses deal with that kind of puffiness very quickly. I wouldn't look to this product to handle any of those issues. The kind of puffiness that most women want treated are actually hereditary, medical conditions, or "fat bags" beneath the eyes. These are NOT TREATABLE superficially by cosmetic products. Only surgical removal will reduce or eliminate fat bags. Even those "freezing" serums look fake and don't really work. So, don't use this product thinking that it will flatten the undereye area if your puffiness is from fat bags. Not gonna work. I do think it has some effect on dark circles. But again, not if the cause is hereditary and/or involves blood vessels. This eye product works best on improving the overall finish and look of the undereye skin, and totally affects the smoothness and plumping of wrinkles. For that reason alone, I give it 4 stars. Appreciate it for what it does.

Nothing instant about it :(.

I had high hopes when I read the word ‘INSTANT!’ Every woman, beginning in her 40’s (I’m 46), who feels like she’s still in her 20’s.. dream come true word! I’ve been tricked before, but at this price point, I had some fairly high hopes. Sadly, they were dashed. Nope! Nothing instant about it. I think this product needs some renaming. I like the feel of the product, It glides on nicely and isn’t greasy or sticky. I like the packaging, although I do think there should be a bit more product for the buck. Maybe for some it works wonders, but on me, I’m not enthused. I’d not like to think that I’m already too far gone, but I will say that I noticed a slight de-poufing effect on the bags under my eyes, but not instantly. It’s not the miracle in a bottle that I am looking for, but for some puffiness, it seems to be at least moderately effective. Maybe the product needs more time to work, like over time, but NO instant results. Don’t expect that, and hopefully you might not be disappointed, but my wrinkles (personally) all remained. I’ll keep using it though. It’s just MEH/ OK to me. The things that I like about it do not warrant me paying the price to rebuy it. 2.75 stars!! ⭐️⭐️ + 3/4 I hope that my review has been helpful :).
