Great smoke good flavor big bag.

First the only bad thing, didn't knock off stars because it wasn't something that probably happened to most, but my bag was sliced open in several spots and it makes me wonder how many, if any, chunks did I lose. Other than that I used these to smoke a turkey this Thanksgiving and it turned out wonderful these plus the brine I did added so much flavor to the bird I would recommend these they caught fire quickly but lasted a good while, I still have almost a full bag left even after smoking a 21 lb turkey. I will probably keep buying this as my new must have for my grill.

Made great ribs

I like the idea that the wood I’m burning to cook my food in is natural and not sprayed with anything. It’s a bit pricier than chunks I could get loca but they were out of stock mid-January when I got a taste for ribs so I ordered these. Going to smoke a 10 pound shoulder next and wouldn’t think twice about using this wood.

Good product arrived in a timely fashion. Good flavor on ribs and bacon the only downside is some chunks are a little bit large. I will be ordering some again.

Must have for slow smokers hard to find

Really Great product for slow smokers, long lasting great price. I mix with pecan, cherry or apple, kind of strong if you over smoke your meat.

You should try this.

Good flavour. I use cherry quite often and thought i would give the black cherry a try. Differently more smoke than i expected. I need to smoke more with it but it was good.
