Good for proprioceptive feedback on feet

These help with my somatic movement practice and to communicate strong proprioceptive feedback to my nervous system while dealing with vestibular dysfunction. Not flimsy, can fully stand on them if I want to.

These are for plantar fascitis. The points are too pointy and yet don't really seem to do anything. I mainly have it under my desk now just for stretching.

Nice Massage For Your Feet

These are great and priced well. They sit on the floor in a place that I can do some foot exercises plus a quick massage. Has helped my ankles.

Awesome for what I needed

Now If Only My Balance Improves

The two domes arrived quickly and, of course, required no assembly. I hope they will help me improve my balance and, if that doesn't happen, it will not be their fault because they are well made. They were fairly easy to start trying some simple exercised and keeping my balance.

Pokey ouch feet domes are so very good. In all seriousness as a comedian, forget that Yamuna overpriced shite. These are quite good! Totally recommend
