Amazon is the reason this product was returned. Order direct because product is amazing
I love and use this product religiously and is a must have part of my skin care routine. Unfortunately my review is for the AMAZON portion of this product. Amazon must resell returned items because basically the bottle was empty and so I originally thought pump was broken but upon inspection I was basically just sent an empty bottle. I am returning and will order directly from MD Solar Science from now on. Lately I have been very disappointed by amazons lack of care towards quality with what’s being shipped out. Not sure it’s worth the hassle of so many items needing to be returned or just being tossed to avoid the return headache.

Smooth as Silk!
I absolutely love this stuff! it goes on so smooth, like silk! my face has definitely become more radiant and dark spots fading since I started using this daily. Even my mom and sister use this now. This is a also a great base for my moisturizer - my simple routine on most days is: PTR 10% glycolic acid toner (my holy grail of skincare products) - MD Solar Science evening repair serum - Korres or Origins moisturizer and/or sleeping mask. The two constants in my routine are definitely the PTR toner and MD Solar Science evening repair serum.

Magical Cream
I usually use Olay products, but I got a free sample from Sephora and I loved it, so I bought more. It was cheaper on Amazon when I bought it. When I use it, I wake up with much smoother skin. I have sensitive skin, and this does not irritate my skin or cause me to break out. I only use it about 3 times a week though. Make sure you use sunscreen with this. The ingredients will make you sensitive to the sun.

Fewer lines, but leaves skin very dry
I’ve been using the MDSolarSciences Revitalize Retinol Serum for just about a month now and have noticed a slight decrease in the fine lines on my face. I apply two pumps to my face and neck at night before I go to sleep. The smell is slightly off putting - I get more medicinal than the stated lavender - and there’s a bit of a tingle when it’s applied. While I’ve seen some difference in the fine lines, I haven’t noticed a change in the brightness or pigmentation of my skin. It’s still somewhat uneven, although I think my pores may be a little less visible. The big turnoff for me is how dry and irritated my skin has become. I know that retinol can have that effect, so I’ve been moisturizing religiously, but it hasn’t counteracted the dry effect. Oh well. I guess my skin is just too sensitive for this product. Your results may vary.

Caused me to break out
This retinol actually caused my forehead to break out in little small red bumps. It didn't seem to do a lot of improvement to my skin.

Feels really good and seems like it would definitely make a difference over time…
I typically tend to have dark circles under my eyes due to the fact that I don’t always get much sleep. I have tried several products and so far have not really found one that does the trick. Usually they are pretty sticky because they try to shrink your pores, and they always feel gross on and leave a nasty residue Feel on your skin… When I came across this item, the reviews seemed pretty positive overall so I figured I would give it a try. I have used it for several days now and the first thing that I can say is that it feels really good on your skin. It is silky, smooth and feels quite comfortable and natural. So far, it has not really done much to lighten the color of the skin under my eyes, but in all fairness, it is only been a few days and nothing would work that quickly other than cover up makeup. There were a few things that I wasn’t crazy about, the main one being that there is no expiration date on the package. This type of product usually doesn’t last a real long time so I wouldn’t know how effective it should be due to that fact. Also, usually these creams are white or clear but this is a mustard Yellow/orange. But that shouldn’t make a big difference. So I will continue to use this and I will revisit my review in the following month and update it as needed. I have high hopes for this product so we shall see… I hope my review helps you to make a more well-informed decision.
