- The pin is a bar pin rather than a tie tack style, but it is a good quality and firmly attached with no give or wiggle. - It is the size of a penny and just a bit thicker. - The raised logo is very clear with no messy flecks or blobs. - the overall look and feel of the material is very good with a nice dull shine to the metal. - There is a small loop on the back so this can be worn on a chain and I really like this hidden detail. Overall I am thrilled with this pin and will gladly look into other hero pins from this line. UPDATE: After more than 3 years of heavy use (wearing as a necklace under and over shirts, rattling around in pockets and purses when not wearing) I still love it! It is still in great shape and I've added pics to show how little wear there it.

Almost affordable perfection. But not quite

I'm conflicted. On the one hand this pin looks great and is fairly well constructed and has a great price. HOWEVER, they obviously don't know how a lapel pin is supposed to look as this thing will not lay flat when you wear it. There are two reasons why: 1. For some stupid reason they wanted this to work as a pendant too. So they attached a bracket on the back so you can thread something through it. Well this thing wouldn't work as a pendant because it's too light. Unfortunately this bracket is relatively huge and sticks out from the back 2. Even without the aforementioned pendant attachment it would STILL stick out because instead of a proper brooch pin or tie tack, they basically soldered a safety pin to the back meaning it still sticks out A lapel pin should be worn flush against the material of the coat rather than floating above the surface. It just looks silly. It's not unusable but it's annoying and makes an otherwise excellent product look amateurish

Looks incredible. A truly great pin, but the needle bit broke off after taking it off after a few times.

there is a safety pin type attachment which is good, but on top is a small ring to wear it as a neclace or button on a suit, which is cool but it makes the pin stick out funny when pinned to a collar or jacket.

Love it

Bought this for my husband - he loved it and I love seeing it on him. 3/4 inches made if pewter so it has a good little wait to it. Should hold up for a long time. There haven been several complaints about the pin back - but we have no problem with it hanging right. I would recommend this to anyone

Nice Pin. Works as a Pendant As Well

This pin may not work for others but for my needs it works very well. Be aware there is an added on loop which allows the pin to be worn with a string or necklace.

Buen pin pero no es era lo que esperaba

Me gustó el pin sin embargo, la traba que tiene es una traba horizontal y es necesario hacer dos perforaciones a la prenda donde se va a poner. No se especifica esto en la descripción. Yo creí que era como otros muchos pines que se venden que tienen una aguja, similar a un arete para poderlo poner en el hoyuelo del saco pero no quiero dañarlo sólo para poner el pin.
