Works amazing!

I got this for my office space and it works beautifully. The only issue I have with it. Is if you use too much pressure when you push down the hole punch flips over.

Feels solid. I love to lean on the handle but it does not punch an unlimited number of paper.. more like 20 or 30

Some assembly required

It never occurred to me that I would have to take this apart and put it back together. I wrongly assumed that it would come already set up for five-hole punching, for 8 1/2 * 11 inch paper. I was wrong, and at first I was very frustrated. I took a chance, took it apart, and put it back together again. Now, I love it. Buy it, but know - there is Some Assembly Required.

I had this punch at work, and had to ...

I had this punch at work, and had to keep retrieving it from others who stole it from me. Only problem it was mine was aged, rusting and worn out. I looked up the model number on Amazon and found a replacement. Unfortunately it is not the same quality as my other 20 year old one. It is difficult to get the paper guides to stay in place. The biggest problem is the hole punch tray. It is plastic and fills quickly and seems to pop off when gets just a stack of holes. I punch many papers at once and all the other office punches get stuck in the down position and I can't pull the papers back out. This punch allows me to pull the handle back up. If you need a 5 hole punch that you can manually pull to unstick then buy this one.
