Good value

Installing this replacement was a snap; filled to the right air pressure, and back in business in ten minutes! Plus, nearly half the price for exactly the same product sold you know where and where.

Good OEM Replacement

After 10 years of dedicated yard service, the front tire on my True Temper wheelbarrow started leaking air faster than I could refill it. Half a bottle of Slime sealant was successful in getting it to hold air but I noted that the Slime was plugging leaks where the tire itself was deteriorating in the tread area (longitudinal stress cracking) so decided it was time to replace the tire and not just cheap out for an inner tube.. I found the correct size tire and wheel on Amazon at a decent price so I bit the bullet and went for whole hog replacement. Amazingly, Amazon delivered it the same day. It was a simple 5 minute swap with no adjustments required and now my wife doesn't need to worry about hurting her back when the tire deflates mid run and the wheelbarrow becomes much harder to push. Thanks Amazon for making me her Hero.

It's a wheel

Even an old rusty wheelbarrow is more useful with a tire that holds air. Complete unit was cheaper and less labor than getting a new tire to replace the sun rotted one and a tube to put in it. Let alone the fight to get the old one off and the new on. Arrived without much pressure in the tube, and that's probably for the best considering if it ever shipped as depressurized cargo it might have popped. Valve cap was missing, NBD, just used the old one. Old rusty axle didn't want to go through the new bearings, NBD I have a wire brush for that. Calipers did agree the bearing was 5/8" and I didn't need the spacers it shipped with to center the tire on the axle. The old ones were fine. Wheel was actually an upgrade over the original, it has a higher max pressure and has actual bearings instead of the nylon bushings in the old one. Keep it out of the rain, they are not sealed bearings, so put a little lube on them once in a while.

Easy to install.

Wheel fit perfectly

Includes two different-sized spacers used to fill space between wheel hub and the wheelbarrow brackets. I had to use the large spacers which worked perfectly. No fuss, no muss installation.

For the price you can’t go wrong, I price a tube for my tire and was almost as much as this complete tire and tube. Works great easy to install comes with different bushings to accommodate different styles.

All good except I can't inflate it

I was expecting it to come inflated but it didn't; don't know how to seat the tire on to the rim; unless someone can help me with it, I'll be returning it.

Tire works well with included spacers but a bit small for a standard wheel barrow.

Fit my wheelbarrow exactly

I liked that this 13" wheel was completely what we needed for our wheelbarrow. I believe the axle was 5/8" & it fit perfectly.
