it works, but the spool is a bit wobbly on the handle, winding it up with the knob and handle isn't the greatest, so i just feed it around with my had.

This comes with string; lol I missed that part and bought colored string. The roller works good. It has a keeper on it so you ou can keep the end notched on it and it doesn't everywhere. It's also useful when having the string out. I reduced one star because it's a pain to roll up. It's able to wind it via a roller; but it's cumbersome. It's just easier to roll it up the old fashion way as if using a static roller. I would buy it again; as long as they keep the keeper on it.

Well, I can't say it's the most awesome, absolutely BEST mason line on the market... I mean, it's basically string on a swivel, right? But it does work as advertised, was a little cheaper than the local hardware store, and does the job just as good as any of the other brands we use for marking landscapes, construction sites, etc. We use this a LOT camping because it's cheaper to replace than paracord for small stuff when you don't care about saving your twine for another use later. I started to give it four stars, because "love" is a strong word, but I didn't feel the manufacturer needed a mark against them just because 4 stars is "like" and 5 stars is "love it." So, 5 stars it is.

Worth the buy

Definitely worth the buy! Also, when you're done with after your construction or whatever project. Save the rest for macrame! :)

Good spool connection. But.The notch to retain the string end is useless.

As advertised. Good value for the money.

Product works as described. Easy to use. The only negative is the length of time it takes to roll up the twine. However this is explained upfront and is no surprise. I would recommend this to a friend.
