Everything works but the temp

I bought 2 of these clocks, one for each kid. They wanted a wireless phone charger and really like the LED color changing light. The wireless charger is not a quick charge but if you're just looking to charge your phone overnight then it will work fine. The clock is easy to read and displays a lot of useful information. The temp does not seem to work on either clock. Both read 70 degrees. We keep our home at 72. My son's room is far cooler and my daughter's room is far hotter. It's very noticeable. I even put the sensor on the heat vent to test it out and the temp displayed didn't change. I don't know if the sensors are defective but if you want this clock for the temp display look for something else.

Check that you have correct user / setup pamphlet, I got the wrong one

After talking to techs they sent me the correct setup guide. Once I had this information the setup was easy. You can set almost everything about this clock to your liking. It is a great value for the price.

Great clock but not so great at fully charging consistently

I bought this clock for several of the features…the main feature was for the wireless charging. When placing my 14 Pro iPhone (in a case) on the charger, there are times I wake up and it’s 100% charged, as it should be. Other times…I wake up with 75%…84% charged. I placed the phone down on the charging dock like I always do….it starts out charging then somewhere along the line, it stops charging and I’ve NOT touched / bumped the phone in any manner…no loss of power…nothing to explain why the charging feature has stopped . Definitely disappointed with this feature since that was my main reason for purchase.

I purchased this item for my 15 year old grandson and he loves it. He said the color options and brightness are perfect - and the phone charger is really fast

Strongly disliked

I sent it back because the outside temp was reading very wrong, off 12 - 10F degrees. I did a reset twice. I loved all the potential, only to be hugely disappointed. It was the size of a child's toy. Over all I was very disappointed. It went back to Amazon.
