Nice affordable clamp meter.

It’s built nice and sturdy. It has the ability to measure inrush current. It also has a non-contact voltage detector built in. I also like that it has a LoZ mode for eliminating ghost voltage. A little hard to remember what the buttons do. You have to push some of them multiple times to get to the proper settings. Also it would have been nice if they gave an option for temperature probe, which some of their other meters do have. The only thing is that it doesn’t have any internal fuses. Most DMM that I have used always had some sort of fuse. So I’m not sure if you accidentally put in parallel while checking for current will you end up frying the meter?

Wish there was memory storage capability

I use it to measure around my surroundings and the readings often jump too fast for me to see all of the readings. If there was stored memory, it’ll be my delight.

This meter does not have a temperature setting

At the price of this meter and considering it is at the top of the line for Klein meters, you should be aware there is no temp setting or probe for this meter. You’ll have to use a different meter for that, personally I have to use my temp probe VERY often in my line of work. Which means carrying a different meter and I don’t have the space for that. Something I should have looked into before purchasing, I just assumed it had that capability and was wrong.

Klein is frustrating

I’m willing to spend what it takes to get everything. I bought the CL900 and as soon as I opened the box I knew it was going back. There was no place on the top of the line model to have one probe held on the loop. Honestly, why would you eliminate a feature that is on all your lower priced models? I returned it immediately and bought the CL800. Klien you don’t need 10 models of the same thing. Just make 3 or 4 and the 4th be the best. I found this particular purchase to be so frustrating as it was so difficult to compare their endless models and there is no consistency in their lineup.

This is the the one stop meter shop

Excellent quality that hurt the wallet very accurate, feel great in the hand clamp is nice and tight holds on to the conductors well and I enjoy the nct button since it allows me to leave my tic tracer in the bag when I need to.

Best all around value out there

I've had this meter for a while now and I have to say between features and accuracy this thing is worth every penny. If you need one meter that can damn near do anything this one is it. I own a fluke 28ii that is significantly more than this one. The klein is faster and very close in accuracy but carrys way more features. Great meter! 4-11-21 UPDATE I want to change my review from 5 to 5.5 stars. This thing has impressed me everytime I use it with my flukes. I'm reading low current draw 10X's magnified and getting the same exact readings as my $500 fluke with a $140 clamp and it in the mA setting. I'm still convinced this is the best all purpose meter you can buy.

Good value meter

Good value meter for general electrical use. I will use my fluke for the important things. The Klein doesn’t like to be used in anything colder than 10 Celsius. It gets all wonky below that. Other than that I found it to be the best meter for $200 or cheaper around. If you want more than that get a fluke and pay the steep price. This meter is very good for the money paid.

Hasta el momento no he tenido ningún problema, funciona perfectamente y es de muy buena calidad, resistente y de buen agarre. Con su clip magnético aparte queda perfecto.

Overall I would buy again but take care in using and expect to get other leads.

I like it a lot at the beginning but it did not take long before the leads started to fail causing misreads. Also if you bump a button on accident like the light it can go to a different setting and also cause you to misread what you are troubleshooting.
