Would not recommend for young toddlers

Works well and keeps afloat. Would not recommend for young toddlers, as it holds the stomach up fairly high, causing the head to go down some. They need to be able to anticipate that sensation without panicking. Does not fit extremely tightly, so should not be relied upon as a flotation device. But great for our six year old that is learning to swim. Is just enough support to make her feel secure and keep her afloat while she is free to move her arms and hands to practice swim motions.

It's okay.

It kinda does what it says but if it slips down the legs when they are swimming it tips them face first into the water. Stay very close to the child using this.

Peace of mind

I bought this for my daughter when she was 4. She used one at swim lessons to teach her to get her tail end up while still having room for her arms to move. 3 years later she still uses it occasionally for extra buoyancy especially in the lake. This summer I purchased another for my niece who’s the same age as my daughter. It gave everyone peace of mind knowing they had a little help and the girls loved them because it was more freedom than a life jacket.

Very expensive

I find these to be very expensive. Instead of this I decided to use a normal pool noodle with Buckle Straps.

Learned about these in swim classes for my kids. They are awesome! Really helps the kids learn to swim without bulky life jackets. We use with my 4 and 6 year old.
