Perfect for my hairless.

I was afraid to spend so much money on this and my cats not use it. The first night I put it together i warmed it up then I put my hairless cat in it so he could see/feel what it was and that it was something warm. He stayed in it all night! He gets in on his own and I even caught one of my regular cats in it. ????

Our cat loves it! (Your results may vary... cats being cats.)

Our little furry guy Luchi is the poster child for cats not liking change. He reacts to a box delivered by UPS being set in the entry hall as a major life altering event... he'll walk in the hall, see the box and freeze. Yet with this cat pod, it was 180 degrees the other way. We put it together, put it on the floor, plugged it in and were in the process of placing a towel and a couple small items to simulate his weight in it to test the heater... and he came prancing in the room, made a beeline for the Dream Pod, jumped right in, sniffed- sniffed-sniffed, then rubbed his face all over the opening. He did the routine he does when he plans to lie down and curl up (turn, turn, turn), and then he plopped right down. Within seconds he closed his eyes and was deep into a nap. This is an absolute first - it normally takes him forever to warm up to a cat product, if he ever does. He's already been in and out of it multiple times, so this wasn't a one-shot fluke, either... he loves it! As for reviewing the product itself, it's lightweight yet sturdy, a perfect size for a small to medium sized cat, and the chemcial smell some other reviewers have mentioned is next to non-existant. It's almost like a new car smell, and it's so faint we had to put the product right up to out noses to smell it. The heater is very low powered, and does not put out a whole lot of heat. Some reviewers have complained about this, but if you read the product description you know it's not supposed to. It's just enough to keep a cat warm without overheating them. The one minor quibble we have is that it did take two of us to hold the pod together to get the zipper started, but that is truly a very minor quibble. If you can't tell, we're very impressed and very happy with Luchi's new Dream Pod. More importantly, so is he!

My cat loves it!

Personally, I don't think this heating pad gets beyond lukewarm, but my cat seems to love it! He's a little hairless guy, so we always find him on top of electric appliances everywhere, trying to stay warm (because he hates wearing clothes). So far, he dives right into this thing every chance he gets. If I'd paid full price for it, I probably would have returned it because for $100 I'd expect it to actually heat up properly, bit as it is, it makes him happy so we'll keep it.

Works as advertised with no major complaints. It would be nice if it were an inch or two taller on the inside, also if the power cord was another 2-3 feet in length.

This is wonderful my cat was using it in the garage which can be colder than the 20 or 30 degrees or lower outside he stayed warm and comfy he enjoys it alot

Expensive but good

I cant remove a star as the product is great. But its very expensive for what it is.

My 2 kitties love it

It is very easy to put together and my cats love it. They even have a regular heating pad to use, but prefer this bed. My 2 adult cats weighing 12lbs and 14lbs fit in it just fine, they love snuggling in there.

El cojín calentador no calienta!!!

La cama se ensambla fácilmente y a mi gato le gusta. Sin embargo el cojín calentador eléctrico no funciona!! Lo probamos en diferentes contactos eléctricos y no sirve, decepción.
