Burst during shipping. Product is fine

Product is as described and works well. However the bottle burst in transit and leaked on other product. Also set the box down inside and got oil in the carpet.

It's oil, it works. Not sure why this stuff is so expensive but I bought it because of all the good reviews. I bought an older compressor, so I figured I better change the oil. I was going to just use $5/quart engine oil but after a little research I found out that was bad due to the detergents. Anyway, the compressor was working fine before the oil change, it works fine after the oil change.

Important for Ingersoll Rand compressors

Using this synthetic oil doubles the warranty on my Ingersoll Rand air compressor, so I don't mind the extra cost of regular oil. IR also makes the claim that it is much better for the compressor than regular oil, and maybe they're right.
