Hue a bit different, change in design, too.

This is the third cooling cap that I've purchased of this brand. It is more of a true khaki color, with less green in it. The change of design has the cooling absorbent part in the front, only. There is no cooling section in the back, only the front section. I don't know how effective it will be, because the warm months haven't arrived yet. We'll see how effective the front alone will be.

Doesn't work as well as I had hoped. At first it is cool, but it quickly heats up. Maybe you need a steady breeze to take advantage of the evaporative cooling abilities.

NO NOTICEABLE COOLING PROPERTIES

Why did you ask about "Warmth"? It's advertised to have cooling technology. The "cooling fabric was only in the front 1/3 of the cap. It's ok as a regular ball cap but I could not detect any more cooling effect than any other wet hat.

it does not work like it said. You need to be close to cold water to make it last a few hours. Construction worker do not have that possibility. Will be good for factory worker where is no air condition but they have cold water close by.

Nice but bulky

Nice hat but once you wet it, it becomes bulky and heavy on the head. Removed it before I could tell if it really works. Will try again when it's hot outside.

This is my hubby's hat!

My daughter is a lifeguard and she uses this everyday. I love that she is getting some sun protection and she loves the cooling effect. I would recommend this for anyone. My husband and I have them for our hot walks in the Midwest. They have helped us to keep moving in the hotter weather. We are focusing on exercising and this has helped me get rid of my excuses.

Great Gift Idea

This was a gift for my daughter-in-law's father who just turned 80 and does his own lawn. He was quite impressed w/it. Unsure if he got to use it as the weather is cooler now.
