Perfect so far

I’ve had this toothbrush for about 5 months now still acts the exact same from when I’ve got it. Haven’t had to change the batteries. I only brush my teeth for like a minute tho. I used both the fast and slower setting and they are pretty good. I also got the app to track myself. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is I wanted to just keep it in the case it came in but it won’t fit. It comes in half and so if u keep it whole it won’t fit in the case. I just leave it cracked tho and put it in anyways.

Love the brush but it loses 1 star for the app

I am loving this toothbrush but they lose a star because of an issue with the app. You get points to use for purchase of products but I am missing out on 50 points because the app on IOS doesn’t show up in notifications so I can set brushing reminders. I called Colgate and they haven’t got a clue. Fix the app and I will fix my review to 5 ⭐️

GOOD BUT COULD BE BETTER

The size of the head is perfect. I have had others that keeps knocking my teeth and I worried they would eventually come loose or crack. The head of this is the perfect size. It is not easy to turn on and off. I have to fiddle around for a couple of seconds before it happens. (A few seconds out of my life is ok but it is really cumbersome to get it right). During the brushing process it pauses for some unknown reason. Other brands do the same thing though. I thought it might be because I was putting too much pressure on my teeth but I tested it and it didn't pause so that might not be the reason. (Another few seconds out of my life). Third issue I have is putting it back in the case. You have to fiddle to get it in the correct position and remove the head. Why not have the case hold the toothbrush with the head on? It is still a wet brush no matter how its stored. If I using it daily sometimes twice a day why do I have to take it apart each and every time? (Another few seconds out of my life). The inconvenience of loosing all those seconds is a pain when in a rush but I try to say I should just slow down. The brush is nice and quiet. More quiet than any other ones I have used. I like that. The head, like I said is the perfect size. Overall I do like this even though it is not a perfect score. It is better in many ways, important ways, than any other brush out there. I'm 64 so fiddling around is more cumbersome to me at my age but to those younger, much younger, it might not be. Overall I would buy this again and will buy the replaceable brush head.

I wanted to like it more

It's functional as far as a toothbrush goes. The vibrations however aren't that great. It doesn't feel like it gets my teeth as clean as my other vibrating toothbrush. The head is also a little too small for my preference, like smaller than other "small" head toothbrushes. I do however like the long battery life and the app has been fun to play around with. I appreciate that the app gives you challenges to help with building or maintaining teeth brushing habits, I expect it would be great with younger kids. You also build points up that can be used towards replacement heads, toothpaste and the like.

Does the trick on a vacation

I’m almost at week 3 and it is still running. Very satisfied. Of course it is not as powerful as my at home one but it does the trick.

Is this smart?

The toothbrush title says it is "smart." I thought that meant I could track the use of the toothbrush while brushing to make sure my son is reaching all of his teeth. Maybe I am using the app wrong, but it doesn't seem to do that. I tried to use the game to track the brushing and it says I need to purchase a smart toothbrush. So I'm not sure why this is marketed as "smart." It would be great if someone at Colgate could explain this to me.

Perfect size brush piece to cover teeth!

Not only does this toothbrush make brushing my teeth more fun, it's a slightly smaller brush head that fits nicely around each tooth and gets a better clean! It feels like i'm brushing each individual tooth rather than just getting on the surface level. The batteries lasted well over a month, and the carrying case is great for travel.

Excelente inicio

Para ser el primer cepillo de pulsos, es una excelente opción. Marca el tiempo por cuadrante, se sincroniza con la app en el teléfono y tiene dos opciones de potencia. Lo utilizo en la potencia mayor y es gentil pero ofrece una excelente limpieza. Muy recomendado
