Tastes Nice and Works Well
I use this before a long run or an important run (testing). I can definitely feel the difference. If I go on a very long run, sometimes I’ll put it in my waist pack and drink one 1/3 of the way through my run to give me the reserves I need later when I would normally be drained.

Great Stuff!
Works really well for sports, especially during training practice. Keep in mind it takes about 15-20 min to kick in but definitely can tell when it does. Fatigued muscles definitely respond well.

Best way for me to get thru workouts
I take half 30 minutes prior to hitt training and the other half 15 minutes before hitt. Works great to get the glucose load in.

This is not like a running gel & tastes horrible
As a recreational runner I like to test new things to get energy during my routines. This one popped as a recommendation, and I gave it a try. It tastes as a ugly cough medicinal syrup... I don't feel specially energized by it nor hydrated... as other reviewers point up, it is possibly a sugar blood level "enhancer", but my own personal opinion is to stay away from this if you're looking for sports energy.

Great for raising low blood sugar, taste is horrible
I have tried many products over the years to raise my blood sugar quickly when I have urgent lows. This works quickly and effectively. Within 5 minutes my glucose level rose by 12. At 10 minutes, by 20. At 15 minutes, by 30. The product description says, "liquid gel" which in my opinion is an oxymoron. It is not a gel. It is definitely a liquid. That is not necessarily a bad thing. I find some gels to be too thick. I bought the lemon-lime flavor. I sometimes wonder who these manufacturers employ as taste testers as this does not taste good at all. I did not find this product to support the "energy" claim.

Favorite Running fuel
I have a hard time with textures and struggle with finishing even half of a gel from other brands. The liquid is much easier for me, especially while I am running. The package is easy to open with the notched top. I enjoy the taste, I've tried the fruit punch and the lemon; they taste like a thicker melted ice pop.

Great product
As a runner I was looking for something that would give me energy during long runs and was easy to ingest. This does both in addition to tasting great.

Great for Low Blood Sugar
I’ve been using Glukos to treat my low blood sugars. As a diabetic, you typically get stuck with foul tasting gels. Even the diabetic versions are typically $1.50 more per packet! These taste great, give you energy and are a great alternative to those “diabetic” products.
