Great for a newborn!!
I originally bought baby nail clippers for my LO. I then got my newborn home and realized they were big enough to take off his whole finger. I was petrified to use them on him. I got a pair of these when he was a couple of weeks old. They have been great for newborn paper thin nails. His little nails grow into the nail beds a little bit on the sides I can easily use them to gently lift the edge so I can trim it away. I find I have to do his nails every 2-3 days to keep them short enough. They have been well tested! Now the cons. He is six months old. They are starting to not work as well. Sometimes his nail bends a little before cutting. I’m not sure if they are getting dull, or if the issue is that his nails are getting harder. Either way, I think we are going to have to move on from these. Overall they are great for a newborn. I felt much more confident than with a clipper style. I just wouldn’t get them expecting a lot of longevity.

Easiest way to trim baby talons!
We tried both clippers and the battery operated file and it was impossible to get the sharp corners of the baby’s nails filed and get close enough without worrying about cutting him. These are so much easier than I expected and not as scary as they seem! I can easily get my baby’s nails super short in about 2 mins and can round the edges easily so no more stabby bits! I recommend these to everyone with a baby now!

Provided peace of mind
Clippers made me nervous to clip my newborns fingers and while these helped ease the worry, I wish I would have gotten the electric nail files instead. These do work, but I believe the nail files would be an even easier option that is more effective in getting the job done.

Better than clippers!
It took me until having 3 kids to learn that baby nail scissors are superior to clippers. No more struggling to line up the nail perfectly under clipper or fearing I’m going to cut my babes finger tips. These are comfy to hold and have a decent amount of sheer friction to give you optimal control. The holding cases makes them hard to lose which is bonus

Still better than most
Great for trimming the nails of the hand. A bit difficult for the angles of the baby toes. My little one has toes that the nail is not as prominent as those of his fingernails. I have to switch back to the regular nail clippers for that. The blade of the scissors get stuck and need to be pushed apart when using.

Easy but be careful as it’s sharp
I just cut my baby’s finger so deep as she was moving her hand fast and this nail clipper is very sharp. I’m happy with the overall quality but just a warning about the sharpness.

Great baby nail clipper option
Not sure I would have had the confidence to use these with my newborn but after about 5 months of using the battery operated nail buffer type of baby nail trimmer, I needed a new solution. Now with these nail scissors, I'm able to clip his nails more easily and ensure he's not left with any sharp corner edges where he might scratch his face.

Awkward and the blades stuck
The blades were sticky and catching, so it wasn't a smooth cut whatsoever and awkward to hold/manipulate. I wasn't comfortable using these on my toddler so they were returned.

Compre este cortauñas por que mi bebé no se deja cortar las uñas con el normal que nos regalaron cuando nacio, este es muy facil de usar y muy filoso, hay que tener cuidado con eso. Super hergonomico.
