Light Bulbs Burn Out Fast

I have my gecko for two years & this is the 2nd heat lamp I’ve had to buy & I’ve purchased several brands of bulbs and from 50w to 75w (can use up to 100w). I bought this in October & I’ve already had to have 3 bulbs replaced. I only have it on during the day & shut it off at night. Also the inside bulb holder is turning black. I had an electrician check my outlets to make sure it’s not the outlet.

Nice, functions well and great price

Love the fact it has a ceramic socet so I can use my daylight basking bulbs. Size is perfect for my smaller tank and it's reflective interior reflects all of the heat and light into the tank. Snake can get to the temp it needs and get on with its business. Also the price beats everything out there! I needed two and I got them for less than buying one from the competitors. I have had Fluker's dome lights before and have not had an issue, so hoping they are still made of dependable stuff.

Exactly what you bought it for.

It has a solid made switch, porcelain socket and a deep well for heat bulbs. I use porcelain heater bulbs to radiate heat for 3-ten year old snakes. These type of infrared bulbs last for well over 3 years before being replaced. Currently use a 75w. If your shopping around like I did you will be happy and content with this one.

Works as expected - but be careful with placement

Works as expected - however, be careful with placement as it could easily tip over if not placed on a flat service (i.e. you want the light to be at an angle).

Excelente producto, anteriormente con el tipo de focos que se usa , se calentaba el soquet o la extencion y con este nada de eso pasa es un producto muy bueno

False advertising. It says it is good for ceramic heaters in the description but on the box it says otherwise.
