No instructions

I couldn’t believe it didn’t come with instructions.. just set it up by looking at a picture of it! This is unacceptable… but my cat loves it… would have given it more stars if it had instructions.

Cats love it

Bought this cause I noticed my cats scratching on my doorframe of my apartment. Thought the vertical post would work as a good replacement and proud to say it does! My cats love it, and I even love you can flip it two ways for vertical or horizontal scratching! They don't really care for the ball inside but theu love everything else! Was a little confusing to put together at first but overall great!

2 cats have great use.

Ours is used by two cats regularly. Its build is sturdy enough but the scratching is done on cardboard. Makes a bit of a mess to clear up. Does the job well but doesn’t last long. I turned it round when one side was finished . First photo is after swap. If there are refills to buy then it might be fine but haven’t seen any so it’s a bit pricey for not lasting long..

No instructions given - Assembly Required!

No instructions were given, it needs be assembled, includes 20 large screws!!! It’s a bit of cardboard and I’ve never had to assemble these before! Waste of time and money and not worth it!

Not worth £30 but does the job

Not worth £30, and drilling into cardboard is half laughable however it does the job and my cats are loving using it so I can’t complain as they’re happy

The cats use it all the time, no longer stopping them from scratching places they shouldn’t be scratching.
