Nice mat, came torn, unsatisfied packaging

The mat took a while to come, it looks nice but came already torn. It was also put in an Amazon bag and that’s it. There was no special packaging or even a plastic seal/pouch. Looks like they just threw it in a shipping bag. The hole in the back of the mat is about the size of a quarter, which punctured the back but did not go through the front. I would return it but don’t want the hassle. Do I want my money back yes, but is it that bad? Not really.
