innovative design

very supportive, feels like extra muscle helping to support a messed-up spine. it's a bit hard to figure out the 'pulleys' at first, but once I did - it is so easy to customize for a perfect fit. no size chart that I could find here, so took a guess and bought XL for my 40" waist - fit just right. haven't had it long, but velcro holds strong, no problems with it as yet.

My boyfriend likes how this back brace works... when it's new. He wears it to work every day. The pulley system makes it easy for him to adjust and strap on. Unfortunately, like others have posted, the velcro is no longer good after a couple months. When it was $10 it wasn't so bad to buy a few a year for him... but now that it's over $20 we will be looking for a new brand to switch to.

It is well worth the money!

My husband had a similar product for which he paid MUCH more than I paid for mine. I am delighted with the value I received. I wore support often when I was doing my housework and when I was out walking. It seemed to support my back very well. At present I am in physiotherapy and am not using the back support. However, I plan to use it in the future whenever my back feels tired and needs a lift.

It’s better than the elastic/Velcro support

With the ability to tighten this support, you’ll find the support better than the none sting ones. My opinion based on years of using the standard style.

velcro loses its grip

This **would be** a fantastic product, but after just a few months the velcro begins to lose its grip. I've cleaned both surfaces but still is a problem.

The item is good but the quality is quite suspect.

When the velco holds the item is extremely useful however the velcro won't continuously hold and therefore makes the item quite useless.........better quality control would be helpful.
