I've had this product for a few months and it hasn't broken or worn down. It really is easy to use and fits easily in your hands.

Thing hasn’t opened a whole can since I got it. It keeps jamming. I have to pry the can open with a knife.

Crappiest can opener ever!

When I first got this, I used it a couple times and it seemed like a good product, so I threw out the packaging. Fast forward to the 4th use & every time after that, the handle just turns without turning or opening the cans. I picked a higher end opener to avoid this problem. Total Waste of money. So much for the cuisinart name. Look elsewhere if you want one that works.

Disappointing

I frankly did not expect a Cuisinart to be so bad. Received my first one, and the plastic handle on the knob was completely loose, so I exchanged it, and the new one is still defective. It keeps getting caught on the paper, and is honestly worse than the one (not Cuisinart) that I had had for years and accidentally left at a friend’s when she hosted a potluck.
