Shoe strap

I love the shoes, they are very comfortable the only issue I have is the strap. The strap is a bit short as I have high arches and strap needs to be long to properly close

Just what I needed

The shoe is comfortable, stylish, and accommodates my orthotic insole. A little loose in the heel for me.

Cute shoes, back tab hurt back of heels

The back tab is pulled towards the back of heels by design to keep shoes on, however they are also hurting my heels every step I walk. Tried a half size bigger but didn't work either. Really cute shoes and light weight, but had to return both of them.

Slightly uncomfortable

I have slightly wide feet. The upper straps were a little tight and not strechy.

Design flaw, and it hurts

This is a nice looking shoe and other than one design flaw, it is well made. The flaw is that the shoe's heel strap is threaded through a leather loop that is sewn to the interior of the shoe, leaving a 1/8" piece of "open" leather at the top of the heel kto rub against your heel. This rubbing causes your heel to be raw and blistered. After about 90 miles of walking (literally), the ankle area has been broken in enough to wear with socks. I tried wearing the shoe (after the 90 miles) with no socks and my heels were still worn raw.
