No plastic parts, but it's not perfect...

I ordered this to avoid a plastic reamer against the fruit. But it does have some problems: 1) The heavy handle tends to fall down suddenly and can cause minor injury; 2) It presses down but doesn't ream the fruit, and without a reamer, you can't get any of the pulp (if you like that); 3) A small cap inside the half-sphere press keeps popping off; 4) it doesn't remove quite as much juice as a reamer would; 5) if the surface it is on is wet, the whole heavy apparatus can slide off.

Juicer is good but not sure if product was new when received.

Great product but I feel like I got a used juicer or previously returned product. Also, the manufacturer date was from 2019.

No lid on box, appears used item has nicks in the finish

This arrived with the top of the box cut off and the item was outside of the cillio box and into the shipping box. Nasty nicks on the copper. This is a gift so hope it works. Disappointed that the box was cut not sure if this is a used item. Very odd for such an expensive item. Very disappointed. Might return.

Beautiful and sturdy, excellent performance

I have squeezed several dozen citrus fruits over the three weeks that I have owned this press. It works very well, it is stable when used with two hands, and is relatively lightweight (10 lbs. 10 ozs. / 4.82 kilos). The inverted cone that pushes on the top of the fruit can be removed for "extra" cleaning (requires large flat-head screwdriver). See photos. Pricey but very well made and, with real copper construction, a beautiful object on the kitchen counter.

Disappointed with quality

3 quality problems: 1) suction cups leave rubber stains on quartz countertops that are very difficult to clean (require abrasive), 2) suction cups don’t hold well, 3) low quality rose gold coating with several 0.5 inch imperfections

Citrus juicer

Please see photos of this product there are marks in the metal that cannot be removed it is described as being a shiny finish. For the money I have paid it is just not good enough Please get back to me asap on what to do next

Nach 5 Monaten schon defekt

Anfang März 2020 wurde die Saftpresse geliefert und seitdem regelmäßig verwendet. Nun 5 Monate später ist der Hals der Glocke bereits gerissen. Bei jedem pressen spritzt an dieser Stelle Saft heraus und verursacht eine Menge Sauerei. Bei einem Produkt dieser Preisklasse hätte ich etwas mehr Qualität in der Verarbeitung erwartet.

Vorsicht, Ausschuss-Ware!

Die Saftpresse mag ja ihrer Aufgabe gerecht werden aber das Exemplar, dass ich erhalten habe ist def. Zweite-Wahl oder Ausschuss-Ware. Das Gerät hat soviel Macken, Schrammen und ist zudem noch schlecht verarbeitet. Der Preis war schon verdächtig niedrig, da hätten bei mir schon die Alarmglocken läuten müssen. Bei der Artikelbeschreibung hätte man erwähnen müssen, dass es sich um Ausschussware handelt. Wer wert auf Aussehen legt, sollte bei einem anderen Anbieter kaufen. Die Saftpresse selbst ist funktional.

Qualitätsmangel

Der Presskegel hat nach dreimalige Benutzung zum Pressen von Graipfrucht im im Bereich Gewinde bis in den Kegel hinein einen Haarriss bekommen und es spritzt dort Saft heraus . Die Gewindehülse war von Anfang an nicht zentriert eingepasst. Sehr schlechte Qualität, hätte bei einer Qualitätskontrolle auffallen müssen.
