Great ballet shoes for a little ballerina

I bought these to size up for the ones my 5 year old is outgrowing. She wore her last pair for over a year. These are genuine Bloch, exactly like the last pair we ordered through her studio. My child wears a C (normal) width and a size down from street shoes. She is just moving into street size 12s but is just outgrowing her size 10 ballet slippers so I ordered her 11s. Her 10s had a little room when she first started wearing them but not enough to trip and she wore them for more than a year so I’m happy with that.

Run small but size chart is accurate

This is my 3 year old’s first year of dance. I didn’t want to spend a lot on tap and ballet shoes in case she didn’t stick with it, but I was afraid to order because of all of the reviews I read about the sizing. She is in a size 9.5 and 10. I used the size chart and ordered these in size 11. Upon opening, I thought they looked really small but they fit perfectly and the strings tighten.

Great purchase just order 1 size up from street shoe size

My daughter's feet are 6 1/2 inches or 17 cm long and she wears a size 10 street shoe. Based on the reviews I ordered her slippers 1 size up and got her size 11 C and they fit perfect! Her foot is on the narrow side but the C is perfect for her and she still has a little room to grow. Very well made shoes and they should last her.

NOT true to size, probably need 2-3 sizes larger than current shoe size. Great quality!

I read the reviews and description of sizing before ordering, hence I ordered once size large than then her current ballet shoes (that fit perfect). Yey are beautiful quality but the fit was WAY TO SMALLl. Was great they had free returns. Will just use what she has for now, but if I were to reorder would order 3 sizes larger. The "C" is very narrow...so not good for wider feet.

Great look!

My grand-daughter loves anything to do with dancing and she fancies herself a future ballerina. So we just made sure her dancing shoes fit her. They certainly do and she absolutely loves them! There's one happy little girl!

Good quality, daughter loves them

Bought these for my 4 year old to use for a ballet class. She wears sz 10 shoes, so I ordered sz 11 slippers after reading other reviews. They fit perfectly, with a little bit of room for growth. Next time I'll probably order a full size and a half larger to have a bit more room for growth. They look very well made. Others complained about the strings coming untied, but the ballet teacher asked all the girls to tuck the strings inside the shoes anyway, so not a problem.

It seemed like it did loosen up however

Though my 3yr old child fits a 10-10.5 in regular casual shoes/sandals, the size 11c we ordered thinking it would have room to grow into actually was a bit snug. She wore it to break it in & give it some slight stretched out feel. It seemed like it did loosen up however, since she has wide feet I need to purchase a bigger shoe.

Good ballet shoes

These fit like they should. Nice quality. It’s nice that we can still buy American brands on amazon instead of having to gamble with unknown Chinese stuff.
