Pros and cons

Pros: It starts quickly and does a good job of cleaning. I have used it on tile floors, wood floors and most often in my tile shower with the smaller attachment. Reasonable price and feels like good quality. Cons: The water tank is difficult to fill although easier if I remove the attachment and has been impossible for me to completely empty. I don’t want stagnant water sitting in there. Would love to hear advice on this if someone found a work around for emptying completely.

I love steaming!!!!!!

I want to steam everything with this tool!!!! It’s so fun to use and very easy to figure out how to work with all the attachments. The cleaning pads are very durable and soft. I love that the tool has a very long cord which makes it virtually impossible not to get into to every nook and cranny of your home, like I did… Either way, I usually follow up this tool with a cleaner of your choose to clean and wipe away any extra dirt that was lifted by the steam.

Nice steam cleaner

This steamer works ok, however, I find it a bit clunky and not very easy to lift in hard to reach places. I’d give it a 7/10 …

Really works!!

I got this after my brother was raving about it. It works so well and is very easy to use. I’ve used on my floors and in my bathroom so far. The highlight is that it does all this without use of chemical cleaners! I would highly recommend trying it!

Worth the $

Easy to use, makes me floors so clean. I add a drop or two of essential oil to the pad when I use it to mop. toss the pad into the washer when I’m done. Love!

I didn't know I could love a mop like this

With two kids, two dogs, 5 acres, and lots of rain and mud, I didn't think anything could help my dark wooden floors. I was wrong. I am obsessed with this steam mop. Exceptional at what it does and for an unbeatable price!

Good Value

This steam mop has been one of the best mops I have used. I love the design but it does have a flaw. You cannot stand the mop up because it will tip over as it does not lock in place. The attachments are perfect for the kitchen, bathroom, and for detailing. You can also place a few drops of your favorite essential oil on the mop head and the steam will bring out the essential oil to make your house smell nice.

if all you want is a mop

Please note, I did return this item. As a mop I think it was ok? But to use it for any other cleaning task was difficult because of how heavy it is. Also there is no trigger to administer the steam when you want, it just comes out in a high or low pressure. It also started to peel my paint off as I was trying to clean the top of my tiles in the kitchen. The attachments aren't the best as they are all very rough and dense, and with the added weight of the machine, I found I just couldn't get anything clean the way I wanted. Overall, as a mop I'm sure its OK but for other cleaning tasks it wasn't worth it to me so I returned it.

Dreadful and expensive

Bought not realising I had to import it. Waited 3 months for it to arrive. Arrived with US plug. I then bought adaptor. Anyway it doesn't work. Didn't even start up. Hopeless

Good and quality but!

So this product is good, working and take the harsh chemical away however has some drawbacks 1. Steam is low pressure which makes process very slow 2. The floor mat leaks Steam and straps are not strong enough 3. Using it is easy but emptying the water reservoir after use is painful process due to bad design and trying to avoid spills All said the extra heads are good addition but add second extera mat or enable to change the length could make a higher pressure.

Buy it!

Love this steamer - even 4 days later (with 2 cats) floors still feel clean to bare feet! Have a door with a ton of small panes - took maybe 90 seconds to clean and patio doors and carpet! Have had a steam cleaner before but did t care for it - this one is great!
