A very good lift at a good price.

The lift functions very well and lifts the motorcycle to perfect working height. I will say, as is with any scissor lift, it is slightly wobbly at full height. It had my attention until I tried to tip it over with the wheels locked. Someone would really have to try to knock this over to make it happen. I mainly bought it for wheel swaps & suspension service. The wheels on it are great and have locks on each wheel that prevent unwanted movement. I'll have to admit I was a skeptic about the wheels but after using them, I wouldn't own a lift without them. I have had the front wheel and forks off of my bike while on this lift. I can tell it does effect the balance but not enough to fear a fall. If the wheels & fork were off of your bike on this lift and you hit something on the floor (rug or mat) with the wheels while briskly rolling it, I could see it falling over, otherwise I doubt there would be an issue. I do have some suggestions to make it better. To lower the lift, there is a knob near its base to turn - a lever to step on would be much better. There is a safety bar that holds the lift up in case the pump should fail. Although it has not given me issues, I think the bar is a bit on the light weight side. The U bolts on the lift that you secure the foot pegs to can be installed in only one position. It would be nice to have additional mounting holes or additional U bolts to adjust the motorcycle weight one way or the other depending upon what parts you were planning to remove. I will drill more mounting holes in mine. Instead of having a rectangle base for the bike to sit on, a squared off "U" shape would be nice. My bike has rear suspension linkage. I can only get the bike in one position on the base before the linkage hits the base. If there was a void to accommodate the suspension linkage, I could slide the bike up further and make it super stable without the forks on. With all of that being said, my bike was on this lift for a week and was moved several times (THANK YOU for the WHEELS !) with zero issues while waiting for fork parts. Yes, I would recommend this lift.

A couple of issues

This is a good stand but it's too tall to slide under my dual sport so it's a pain to get the motorcycle on it. It's also just a little less stable than I prefer but I kept it and will put it to good use. Not a bad stand but thought I should share my concerns.
