Overall great, but hate the connector piece and it barely fits our 13 inch mattress.

It gets REALLY warm and I have to keep at lowest setting or turn off. The plastic block connector is right where my feet hit. Find myself having to put feet off to the side of center. I’m 5’9” so if you are shorter it might not bother you. It’s also a bit small on the sides and ends. The top where it gets warm is large enough but hard to stretch it over the mattress.

So far so good

I ordered this for the obvious reasons- and it works well for me. I have been using this for one week (not a longevity review) and it is only early fall here- but it has served its purpose well! It is nice to get into a warm bed, customized to my temperature preference (my husband doesn’t want any heat so I did not even attached the heating cord to his side.) -It’s zones work well! -The cord was long enough for my needs. It plugs into the the pad at the end of the mattress and then loops under the bed and back to an outlet at the bedside stand. It has adequate length to my outlets but depending on where yours are, you may want to check the cord length. -With that said, with separate controls this requires two electrical outlets- FYI. -This fit my deep mattress well. -Even on the highest setting this does not seem to get “too hot”- it has never been uncomfortably warm for me, even on the highest setting (I think that is good- but if you like it really warm it may not get “that warm”). -The auto turn-off seems to be functional but it is a pretty discrete function- not something you select to occur. I think it has turned off on its own… Some reviews complained about the plug in location being near the feet, this has not bothered me. I have not noticed it. -Some reviews say that the warmth at the feet or head of the bed is lacking. I think that I can tell where the heating units cut off, near my feet, and maybe if I was really stretched out this might be noticeable but with it has not been an issue for me. If you were a very tall it may make more of a difference. So far so good- no real complaints But I also wasn’t so “wowed” as to give to a 5 star review ;)

Good but heat is okay

It is good but i feel like they could’ve made it get a little warmer. Especially in the middle of the bed there is hardly heat

You really need one

Doesn't take long to heat up a cold bed. This winter we would have hated to get in bed without this heating pad for the mattress. Will buy another.

Lifespan

Bought this not even 2 yrs ago and now the controllers just blink and do not work anymore. Very disappointed. Waste of money and wasn't cheap

Worth a try

It doesn't get as warm as I thought it would

Didn't even last a year

We bought this in July 2022. Last night, in March 2023, one side stopped working and a green light blinks on the controller. According to the internet, our only option is to trash it and get a new one. Not a great option, but there you go. We paid over $100. We are in California, so don't use it every night. Not very durable.

Great warranty

Works very well but the real test is whether it will still be working in a year or two. I had a Beautyrest mattress warmer that failed after a year but their warranty is very generous and they replaced it no problem. This is why I came back to Beautyrest for this purchase.

We love these heated mattress pads. We purchased two twin xl for our King Split adjustable bed. They work wonderfully and keep us warm and comfy all night. The pre-heat feature is great and quickly warms up the bed. Very satisfied.

Didn't work

As I stated in my first review the item arrived on time and was a perfect fit for a double bed. Unfortunately only a small portion warmed up and it was never more than barely warm. I returned the item with no problem and received a full refund.
